"We stay at this brand frequently in Austria traveling thru. Always kind and helpful. The breakfast here is excellent. Just a little more detail in cleaning. Some dog hair on the bed. Sometimes floors could be better. And cutlery if you have it. We just kindly point this out or make a recommendation to bring things to their attention if needed. Will continue to stay, the locations and services are great for us! Thank you!"

"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "

"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was perfect. It is an easy walk through the pedestrian free zone. The location is perfect. The bus stop is just a block away. The lake is two blocks away. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast room was large and very pleasant. The food was abundant and offered many choices. The check in was easy and the front desk people were very friendly and offered many suggestions regarding activities and sights to see. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Zelle am See again. It was such a great value. "
