"The room was ok but quite tired, the walls were badly scuffed so it needed either painting or a protection in the entrance passage to the room. We had a mixed review on staff because the lady we initially spoke to was lovely but when I went back to reception and explained that we had dogs, the man was quite rude telling me that I should have advised in advance.
