**Note on the Surroundings**
The MeerNah building is located right next to Seestraße, where additional new, stylish holiday apartments are being built. Due to construction sites in the area, there may be occasional visual or audible disturbances; however, given the apartment’s location in the centre of the building, these are likely to be only minimally noticeable. Nevertheless, this circumstance has already been factored into the pricing and does not entitle guests to request a rent reduction.
