Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöne Wohnung, insbesondere das extra Zimmer mit Hochbett war ausschlaggebend für die Buchung. Tolle Lage und inklusive Strandkorb in zweiter Reihe war top. Netter Gastgeber.

Tolle Wohnung!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Der Sohnemann hat das Hochbett gefeiert.Kein zusätzliches Geld für einen Strandkorb in die Hand nehmen zu müssen, war ebenfalls super!

Durchdachte Wohnung in Strandnähe, Höhe Dünenpark

Wir haben eine knappe Woche mit zwei Kindern (8 + 4J) in dieser gut renovierten Wohnung verbracht. Die Zimmer sind clever geschnitten und eingerichtet, so dass man hier auch mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern problemlos wohnen kann. Dank Wasch-Trockner braucht man nicht so viele Klamotten transportieren, toll. Die Lage ist hervorragend, insb. wenn man den neu entwickelten Bereich der Strandpromenade (Dünenpark) kennenlernen möchte. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Sogar ein Strandkorb gehört zur Wohnung, was will man mehr? Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Wenn wir noch länger geblieben wären, hätte ich gerne einen zweiten Haus/Wohnungsschlüssel gehabt, um noch flexibler zu sein.

Had a good time!

We spent a week in the flat with a family of 4, incl, zwei smaller children. They enjoyed the bed and cosy atmosphere of the flat. The location was great, especially since the developments down at the beach begin to take shape (and now include a bakery and other localities). The Strandkorb that comes with the flat is in the second row of the beach and within a 5-minute walking distance. All very convenient. The flat is well equipped - we did not lack anything. The facility manager lives in the same building and is very helpful and available. Reserved Parking spot was outside the house. All in all, we had a good time!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche in Grömitz mit viel Sonnenschein ☀️. Die Ferienwohnung war super schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und auch die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Sehr liebevoll ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung in super Lage

Wir waren erfreut, eine schöne, saubere und strandnahe Wohnung gefunden zu haben. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein aber fein und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man kann sich dort sehr wohl fühlen.

Rundherum war alles sehr gut. Man muss bei der Buchung beachten, dass die Wohnung für 4 Personen wirklich sehr klein ist.

Kleine schicke Wohnung mit Abstrichen

Neagtiv (-) Die Sauberkeit war bei den Kosten für die Endreinigung fraglich. Ein gefundener Zwieback unterm Sofa verrät da so einiges... Das WLAN hat nicht ganz bis in die Wohnung gereicht und wenn, war es extrem schlecht. Couch bretthart und nicht zum relaxen nutzbar Positiv (+) Zentrale Lage - unter fünf Minuten ist man direkt am Wasser Fahrstuhl vom Parkplatz direkt begehbar. Mit dem ganzen Gepäck einer vier köpfigen Familie ist das ein Segen. Check in problemlos

Schöne moderne FeWo für Familien

Die FeWo liegt neben dem Grömitzer Zentrum in einem Appartementhaus. In 10-15 Minuten ist das Zentrum fußläufig gut erreichbar. Der zugehörige Parkplatz am Haus ist sehr praktisch. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und durchdacht eingerichtet. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem. Wir haben ein Kinderreisebett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen - sehr praktisch. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt eine Spülmaschine und auch einen Waschtrockner. Der Fernseher ist sehr groß und verfügt über Netflix. Wir haben uns mit unserer Tochter sehr wohl gefühlt dort und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Rajan ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Alles Bestens an der Küste

Das Inserat entsprach genau dem Objekt. Neuwertig und modern, alles da was man in einer Ferienwohnung erwartet und noch etwas mehr (Elektrogrill auf dem Balkon). Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war völlig unkompliziert. Die Lage ist ebenfalls toll. Einen kleineren und einen größeren Kritikpunkt: - Lademöglichkeit für E Autos (Geldeinwurf zur Freischaltung) sollte vorab erläutert werden - Wlan nur mit Android Geräten Problemlos. Ein Teenager mit I Phone und Wlan Problemen trägt nicht zur Entspannung bei ;-)
