Schönes Häuschen alles da was man benötigt

Der Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen dort war auch ein Strandkorb mit im Preise. Das war super schön. Sehr zu empfehlen. Mit Kindern perfekt. Wir würden wieder kommen

Wir haben schöne Tage dort verbracht! Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist gut. Es war alles sauber, WLAN voll funktionsfähig! Der Abfluss in unteren Bad sollte bei Zeiten mal gereinigt werden!

Kurzaufenthalt mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern

Die Lage fanden wir gut. Der Fußweg zum Strand war für uns ok. Dauerte ca. 15 Minuten. Der Zoo ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus war für uns ausreichend groß. Schöne Küche, alle Zimmer schlicht aber dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet. Schön dunkel zum schlafen, mit Außenrolläden. Kinderbetten waren vorhanden. Leider aber kein Kindergitter für die Treppen. Das Bad oben ist sanierungsbedürftig, für ein Wochenende war es aber trotzdem ok. Die Essecke war recht klein für 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, aber wir hatten damit kein Problem, haben es eh locker gehandhabt mit dem Essen. Für draußen gab es leider nur 4 Stühle und diese waren ganz schön abgenutzt. Der beschriebene Grill war leider nicht vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit war Ansicht gut. Betten, Bäder und Küche war sauber. Aber es gab doch einige Spinnweben an der Decke, paar Wollmäuse und Sand unter einem Teppich im Keller. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Im Großen und Ganzen hat es uns gefallen, nur einige Dinge haben gestört. Z. B. geht aus der Internetseite nicht hervor, dass ein Schlafzimmer im Keller ist. Erst Mal nicht schlimm, aber der Keller ist eben wie ein Keller, kein Tageslicht, im Flur unverputzte Wände. Das Kellerfenster(!) im Schlafzimmer nur mit Vorsicht zu öffnen. Das Bad oben, im Charme der 60er Jahre wurde, wie in einer Antwort in der Bewertung nicht, wie versprochen, renoviert. Duschen ging sehr schlecht, Duschkopfaufhängung defekt.Das Wäschepaket war schön, nur das die Handtücher nach kalten Rauch rochen. Leider konnten nicht an die Fahrräder gelangen, auch dieses Schloss ließ sich nicht öffnen. Eigentlich hatten wir gehofft, dass der Strand und der Strandkorb näher an der Unterkunft liegen, von Strandnähe kann man da wohl nicht sprechen. Ansonsten war alles wie im Prospekt , die Außenanlagen und das Haus an sich sind jedoch nicht so neu, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet.

Gemütliche Unterkunft

Insgesamt ein schönes Haus in akzeptabler Lage. Man ist schnell im Ort und hat alles Wichtige in Reichweite. Das Haus selbst ist ordentlich und modern eingerichtet, nur an der ein oder anderen Stelle noch mit Renovierungsbedarf. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist ok, jedoch für eine Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen etwas zu spartanisch, was das Kochen und Speisen mühsam macht. Der Umgang mit Problemen war flexibel! In unserem Fall war eines der 6 Fahrräder gänzlich unbrauchbar, sodass der Vermieter ein anderes zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Ferienhaus

An sich ein sehr schönes Objekt... Ein paar Dinge müssten nachgerüstet werden z.B. wäre ein Treppengitter ganz schön gewesen!!! Mit einem 2 Jährigen Kind ist das schon etwas gefährlich ohne eine entsprechende Sicherung!!! Das Bad im Obergeschoss müsste mal renoviert werden... (70 Jahre Stile) - Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus. Würden dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen!!!

Hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende in grömitz ! Unterkunft war super. Ausreichend Platz für sechs Personen . Ruhig gelegen. Im Strandkorb konnten wir die Sonne genießen während die Kinder am Wasser spielten! Rund um zufrieden...
