Das Hotel verdient keine 5 Sterne. Dafür ist der Empfang ungenügend und das Personal nicht ausreichend qualifiziert. Unsere Buchung über Hotel.com ist an der Rezeption nicht registriert worden. Mit Glück gab es noch 2 freie Zimmer.

To nie jest hotel na pięć gwiazdek!

To nie jest hotel na pięć gwiazdek! Standard pokoi to trzy gwiazdki, a pałacu cztery gwiazdki. Najpierw okazało się, że recepcja nie ma naszej rezerwacji zrobionej online przez hotels.com. Potem w restauracji dowiedzieliśmy, że z karty możemy zamówić na kolację wyłącznie dania kuchni hinduskiej. W pokojach nie działało wifi. W całym pokoju był tylko jeden sprawny kontakt elektryczny. W telewizorze nie dało się zmieniać kanałów (musieliśmy zresetować system). Przy wymeldowaniu recepcja nie wydała nam zamówionej wcześniej faktury itp. Itp.
