Wonderful Hotel

For sure one of the best premises in Poland. Outstanding in any kind of service. Very helpful and professional staff. Amazing Pool and Spa Area. Good food in both restaurants with wonderful views to the Lake side. Spacy and quiet with lots of places to relax or to work. Nice rooms with all armenties. ONLY: its not appropriate to knock every door by 9 in the morning to ask for roomservice. This should be stopped.

Friendly staff but slightly disappointing overall

Great service, nicely designed hotel, lovely pools. Food was very good, especially breakfast, which was epic. Very friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough for you. The real problem was the other guests, who did not make us feel at all welcome. The infinity pool was lovely but dominated by people taking selfies. Near enough to Krakow for a day trip but some of the restaurants and such like in the villages nearby were great fun and very friendly. The lake itself looks lovely from a distance but there was an algae bloom that made swimming unwise. Relaxing in the garden was frequently interrupted by motorboat and jetski noise, which was a shame.

Cleanliness is great but the beds are super small & narrow, impossible to get decent sleep for any adult but what’s worse is those mattresses are very hard, never had such firm mattress in a luxury highly priced hotel, gave us both backaches for the entire day But other then that the staff was very friendly, facilities are nice & clean

Most comfort you can get in the middle of nature

Weather was perfect, spa wonderful. Lovely atmosphere, we watched sunsets on the tarrace. Service excellent, one of the best hotels I stayed at.

relax po spotkaniu biznesowym

Bardzo ciekawy hotel zlokalizowany w atrakcyjnym miejscu. Gastronomia na bardzo dobrym poziomie szczególnie polecam restaurację główną na parterze. Jakość potraw bardzo wysoka i karta win zasługująca na bardzo dobrą ocenę. BRAWO ! Ale są też minusy. Basen to raczej brodzik lub wanna. Brak serwisu zewnętrznego oraz informacji o potrawach w czasie śniadania, obniżają ogólne dobre wrażenie i opinie o całości. W łazience brak wieszaków ręcznikowych... Wystarczy. mając nadzieję na poprawę ,polecam SPA i gratuluję lokalizacji, sugerując również weryfikację cennika usług wszelakich !!!! (w dół oczywiście ).

Heron Live Hotel to wyjątkowe miejsce na mapie Polski. Wszystko dookoła zaprasza do relaksu i wyciszenia.. sama natura. Przepiękny widok na panoramę jeziora rożnowskiego. Aczkolwiek hotel polecam bardziej podczas ładnej pogody. W przeciwnym razie na strefie basenów w środku jest dość tłoczno. A w okolicy żeby coś porobić trzeba pokonać dość sporą odległość. W hotelu znajdują się różnorodne sauny, ale niestety słabo grzeją. Plus za pyszne jedzenie i różnorodność restauracji. Śniadania także oceniam pozytywnie. Przemiły Pan Barista. Reszcie obsługi nie licząc jednego kelnera brakuje uśmiechu na twarzy. Wszyscy są ‚mili’. Niestety od początku do końca nie czuliśmy się tam mile widziani. Pokoje ładne i przestronne. Duża łazienka. Ogólnie hotel oceniamy na plus i niewykluczone, że tam kiedyś wrócimy. Ale jak na 5 gwiazdek i prestiż, który oferują powinni bardziej popracować nad kilkoma rzeczami.

Hmm... gdyby to był 4* hotel, nie byłoby wielkich oczekiwań. Ale... - pokój: oczywiście wygodny, czysty, wszystko OK. Ale niczym nie różni się od tysięcy korpo hoteli. Bez charakteru, typowa masówka, biznesowy hotel, nie spa. - bardzo miła, bardzo OK, ale jednak brakuje czasem przeszkolenia (porównuję do standardów 5*) - położenie: super! - śniadanie: bardzo fajne. Prosecco co prawda z "Lidla", ale jednak prosecco jest ;) Ogólnie fajny wybór jedzenie, smacznie, dobra kawa. - restauracje: byliśmy w tej najlepszej. Fajny wybór win. Jedzonko w stylu slow, super. Acz Panowie Kucharze... schowajcie wielką puszkę czarnych oliwek z Pudliszek gdzieś pod stół, abym chociaż myślał, że oliwki jadą do mnie jakieś wyselekcjonowane z Włoch czy innej Grecji. Całe to "ę" i "ą" psuje taki głupi szczegół. - strefa spa: jeśli jest mało ludzi, to bardzo fajnie. Byliśmy w marcu, więc było OK. Basenik zewnętrzny to fajny bajer z super widoczkiem, ale w sezonie boję się, że może być kolejka do selfie ;) Strefa saun, super, ale znowu, jeśli byłoby więcej ludzi, to mógłby być problem z miejscem. Byłem na początku kwietnia, problemów nie było. - relacja ceny do jakości: ośrodek naprawdę fajny, ale cena za wysoka w stosunku do jakości. - lekcja jogi o godz. 9.00: Nie skorzystaliśmy, ale! W niedzielę po śniadaniu na jogę się nie idzie, a po jodze śniadania już nie ma:) - średnie wifi. Reasumując: Dałbym gwiazdki 4/4+ maksymalnie. Do 5* brakuje, od 5* można znacznie więcej oczekiwać...
