Stunning Views

Excellent views and a location above the very busy Grindelwald main street that is always crammed with tourists. In my opinion, some of the family room arrangements were off, e.g., the tv being on the wall behind the sofa, a lamp in the corner where it doesn't provide some needed light.

Idyllic Chalet in Grindelwald

The chalet was set in a beautiful location Above the village with splendid views of the Upper Glacier and the Eiger from the balcony. The chalet was well appointed and very comfortable making for a perfect stay in Grindlewald. The village was easily accessible using the local free bus service or by walking down through the meadows to the village.

Wonderful place to stay while visiting the Jungfrau region. The walk down to the main road and First Gondola was a steep descent and too much for senior guests with bad knees, but the bus stop was right outside and very convenient. Great parking lot with dedicated spots for the apartment (the drive up only had a couple hairpin curves and we made it down during a snowstorm in our van just fine). Accommodations were very nice and fit our group of 4 adults and 3 children very well. There were beautiful views from the balcony and a hill right outside for sledding. Only wish there was a washer and dryer available and a bath mat.

Overall, a pretty good stay...

The chalet was clean, well-equipped with all the basics, had great views and was very convenient to the Bodmi ski school. I loved watching my daughter’s ski lessons from our large balcony. We stayed the week of Dec 14th - which is the earliest we’ve stayed in Grindelwald. Not everything was open quite yet (including the ski trails on First) and, with the buses only run hourly along our route, we did a lot more driving than we anticipated. As such, I think this chalet is better-suited to the high season. Overall, a great stay though! We’d stay again, but most likely during the high season when all services are running and there’s more snow.

Prachtig uitzicht

Mooi en goed toegerust appartement. Balkon met prachtig uitzicht en in de zon gelegen. Aan de skilift gelegen, alleen kun je er vaak niet naar toe skiën ivm geen sneeuw. Maar bushalte is voor de deur. Twee mooie ruime slaapkamers, 3e klein met stapelbedden en 2 badkamers, dus met 6 personen goed te doen.

Familienskiferien

Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lager wenn die Kinder noch in der Blauen Liga der Skischule sind - welche man vom Balkon aus beobachten kann. Auch der Bus hält direkt vor der Türe. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gut eingerichtet, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Das WLAN funktionierte bestens, die Betten waren sehr bequem und auch sonst ist die Wohnung nur zu empfehlen.

Ruhige und tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, stilvoll, gemütlich und ruhig. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut und wir haben uns über das Fonduegeschirr und den Racletteofen gefreut. Alles hat bestens geklappt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excellent location

If you have six members of a family or group, and you want a fully equipped apartment with fantastic views of the big three, this is the place for you. Nicely equipped with all necessary, utensils, and accessories, this place is as advertised, spacious and its lead six easily. The views are amazing. Department is perched above the city so the views of the mountains are unparalleled. The only negative I have is the cost, which can be prohibited for some.

Man merkt, dass die Wohnung in die Jahren gekommen ist. Aber, die Lage ist wirklich gut: - Aussicht ist fantastisch - es ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss von Luftseilbahnen und Bahnhof - sonst ist die Bushaltestelle gerade vor dem Haus - es ist sehr ruhig (fast kein Verkehr) - Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet - Balkon ist super - genug Parkplätze vor dem Haus - WIFI funktioniert

Great views,

The apartment was beautiful The views were beyond gorgeous The chalet was bang in front of a bus stand which was super convenient Hotel Bodmi was also in front of the chalet so one could eat there if one did not want to cook. Only drawback was that there was no lift which could be a problem for people with mobility issues and we had to carry the luggage up four flights of stairs. But it was a small issue compared to the perfect location of the property.

Amazing

We spent 4 wonderful days in this apartment. Clean, nice and fully equipped. The most important thing is the terrace - the view of the mountains is addictive. You can just sit all day and watch.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt doch relativ zentral. Kurz den Berg hinunter und man ist auf der örtlichen Hauptstraße mit allerlei Geschäften und Restaurants. Ansonsten hat man eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.Die Wohnung selbst ist relativ modern und man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Eiger!

Top Ferienwohnung

Die FeWo liegt doch relativ zentral. Nur den Berg hinunterlaufen und schon ist man auf der Hauptstraße mit allerlei Geschäften udn Restaurants. Ansonsten gibt es eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist relativ modern und hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Eiger.

Familienurlaub in super Ferienwohnung

Wir sind zum 3. Mal für unsere Skiferien in diese Wohnung gekommen. Es ist natürlich erst einmal die Lage am Bodmi, mit dem Übungsgelände, der Skibusstation und dem Zugang von oben zur Firstbahn. 2 Parkplätze sind vorm Haus, direkt im Hauseingang der Skikeller, alles perfekt. Das Highlight ist aber die Wohnung selbst. Super schön modern eingerichtet und mit Allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Sehr hochwertige (Sitz-) Möbel und ein super Esstisch. Die beiden Doppelschlafzimmer gut ausgestattet

Vue dégagée sur l'Eiger et les autres massifs. Juste splendide. Le réseau de bus, en hiver, est assez fréquent pour permettre de relier le village facilement, autrement, jolie balade à pied pour y accéder. Je recommande vraiment !
