In the district of Schwendi/Vogelstein, 3 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. In the house: central heating system. Very steep, narrow motor access to the house. Steep footpath to the house. Parking at 30 m. Shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bicycle rental 3.5 km, 30 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Schwendi" 500 m, railway station "Schwendi" 500 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 4.5 km, tennis 4.5 km, minigolf 3.4 km, sports centre 3 km, mountain railway 2.5 km, gondola lift 2.5 km, ski rental 2.5 km, cross country ski track 500 m, children's playground 3 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 15 km. Please note: car recommended. Additional accommodations can be booked.
