"Die Ferienwohnung wird durch eine Vermittlungsfirma "Team Belvilla" organisiert. Das Team Belvilla hat keinen Überblick über die vorhandenen Buchungen. Gebucht wurde 1 Jahr vorher und 1 Woche vor Anreise könnten sie die Buchung nicht mehr finden. Warscheinlich wurde die Ferienwohnung noch an andere Personen vermietet. Sehr sehr schlechter Service, kein Support um das Problem zu lösen. Man reagiert einfach nicht auf Anrufe oder Email und sitzt das Problem einfach aus. Super schlechter Support."

Die Hütte hat alles was man braucht: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher.....alles da. Draußen gibt es gleich 2 Möglichkeiten zu grillen. "Heerlijke week gehad in de herfstvakantie. Huis is ruim. Inventaris is uitgebreid, grepen bijna nergens op mis. Alles werkt, al is het meubilair en de keukenappatatuur en -inventaris veelal wat verouderd. Geen 4 maar 3 slaapkamers (2x 2persoons en 1x 4 persoons). Het huis is goed te verwarmen en het uitzicht is prachtig. Rustige lokatie, met veel privacy vlak bij uitvalsweg. Beperkte wandelmogelijkheden bij het huis, hiervoor dien je een paar kilometer te rijden. Vriendelijke eigenaar."

"Fairly basic flat, clean and has everything you need. Up above the road so sitting outside on a nice evening has a great view. Owner lives upstairs and is very helpful. Beds comfy and good shower. Very friendly local cat comes to visit. About 25 minutes drive to centre of Bergen and loads of good walking and fjord swimming places within 20 minutes drive max. Thoroughly recommend for 10 days exploring."

"Nicer than the pictures—we only got to stay one night, but we would return when we travel through Bergen again. A plus that it had an elevator instead of having to get our luggage up the stairs. We cooked in the kitchen and found that we had what we needed to get the meals together. We also were able to do a load of laundry, a plus. They view was wonderful, and the owner has plants on the balcony which made it feel cozy. For us, having some space to spread out versus just a hotel room is a huge...

"Et fantastisk hus med fire soverom. Passer både for én familie og to familier. Alle nødvendige fasiliteter er tilgjengelige. Beliggenheten er utrolig flott. Jeg anbefaler dette stedet til alle, fordi du virkelig befinner deg på en gård med sauer, høner og geiter. Det er et utrolig komfortabelt, hyggelig og stille sted uten mas og støy. Man kan leie båt av eieren og dra på fisketur. Jeg reiste alene med tre barn, og vi likte alt veldig godt. Dagligvarebutikker ligger i nærheten, og man kommer...

Es bietet jeglichen Komfort, von der leicht zu bedienenden Klimaanlage - kuschlig warm an kühlen Tagen, kühlend an warmen - voll ausgestatteter Küche, sehr guten Polsterbetten, großen Panoramafenstern im Wohn-/Esszimmer mit herrlichem Blick auf den Fjord und insgesamt gehobener Ausstattung. "Das Haus ist in Realität noch schöner als auf den Anzeigenfotos. Es ist alles sauber, der check in war sehr unkompliziert, die Lage und Aussicht perfekt. Die letzten 100Meter Schotterweg sind sehr steil.und wirklich nur mit einem Allrad Fahrzeug gut zu befahren."

"It feels important to mention that the owner does not speak english, it is listed as a language they speak, but they don't. I received a message from them a couple of hours before we were due to arrive (after traveling for over 20 hours) to say that our bedding was wet and in the washing machine and we would need to dry it. Luckily, i found some more bedding which we could use, as we arrived after midnight. There isn't any internet connection, so we used mobile phone data to connect to the tv. We found a booklet and it was a list of cleaning instructions, which felt like the property owner wanted us to deep clean the whole place before we left i.e. 'wipe down all of the window sills' 'wash the skirting boards' etc. It is also very slippery outside when it rains, my son slipped over coming into the house and hurt his back (and he was wearing walking boots with good grip). The ladder leading to the roof top bedroom is a bit dangerous, there are no safety rails and it is very steep. The house is very small, so although it says 'sleeps 8', it is very crowded with 4/5 people (and only one toilet). A big selling point for me was the hot tub, but i was too scared to actually use it, there were strict instructions on using it and then washing and cleaning it afterwards, it didn't seem worth it :( I was very relieved that the lights on the outside of the house are on a timer, because it definitely helped me to find the place. Beautiful wood and scenery though. "

But more importantly, the house is spotless and equipped with everything you need to have a home away from home. We hated leaving. And he responded to any needs we had right away. The entire experience was easy and made is feel welcome. We enjoyed spending time there more than even driving around. We would go back without hesitation."
