Villa Jaune is a fully renovated villa tastefully decorated with high-quality furnishings and is located on a gated estate within walking distance of the historic village of Grimaud. A 10-minute drive will take you to the port of Port Grimaud and the beaches of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. From the covered terrace you have a nice view of the medieval castle of Grimaud.

In this beautiful and bright house, all rooms and bedrooms are on the ground floor. The contemporary living room is colourfully and attractively decorated with a comfortable seating area. Following on from this is the dining room with a 6-seater dining table and French doors opening onto the terrace with swimming pool.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, tall fridge with separate freezer compartment, hob, coffee maker and kettle.

The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower and a king-size bed (180x200). The 2nd bedroom also has a king-size bed and shares the bathroom (with bath, shower and double washbasin) with the 3rd bedroom, which has two single beds (80x200).

The (in low season) heated private pool is rectangular in shape and measures 7 x 3 m and has a maximum depth of 1.5 m. On the terrace next to the pool are four sun loungers. A lovely place where you will undoubtedly spend a lot of time is the covered terrace by the pool. Here you will find a lounge set and a dining table for 6. Here you will also find the gas barbecue and have a beautiful view of the medieval castle of Grimaud.
