Located in the Restanques de St Tropez holiday village, this 38 m² apartment (3 rooms) is perfect for families and offers a comfortable setting with sea views. It features a living room with two single sofa beds, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, and spacious closets.



Enjoy your own private garden and access to a well-equipped 25-hectare shared outdoor area. A variety of activities await all ages: restaurant, wave pool, heated pool (La Calade) from April to November, water slides, jacuzzis, tennis, ping-pong, football, basketball, children’s area, walking trails, and a Japanese lake. The property also offers a children’s pool, bike rental, and a grocery store.



Parking is available on-site or in a garage. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Towels and bed linens can be provided for an extra fee. The property is step-free inside and out.

Tolle Lage – nah zu Sehenswürdigkeiten/ Pool

Pros: Tolle Lage – sowohl nah zu Sehenswürdigkeiten als auch innerhalb der Anlage in der Nähe von Pool und Restaurant. Freundlicher Empfang, hilfsbereites Personal und gute Kommunikation. Check in und check out unkompliziert und alles gut geklappt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (u. a. kleine Waschmaschine, Tischgrill, Klimaanlage, Staubsauger....) und der Wintergarten eignet sich ideal zum Essen. Schöne kleine Terrasse mit Meerblick. Der Pool ist sauber und wird von 3 Bademeistern beaufsichtigt. Zugang erfolgt nur mit elektronischer Karte – ist ein tolle Sicherheit. Cons: Die Wohnung ist jedoch nicht sehr groß und daher eher für maximal 3 Erwachsene geeignet. Im Wohnzimmer stehen Betten mit den Maßen ca. 70 x 190 cm, eines davon ist ein Klappbett – für große Personen eher weniger komfortabel. Unpraktisch: Vergisst man etwas und muss zwischendurch vom Pool kurz hinaus, ist die Karte vorübergehend für etwa zehn Minuten gesperrt, bevor man das Drehkreuz zum Pool erneut passieren kann. Der hintere Teil der Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt, was sehr schade ist, mit mehr Pflege/Reparaturen könnte man mehr draus machen. (Holzbrücken waren gesperrt, viel zugewachsen)

Pros: Die Wohnung hatte eine ne traumhafte Aussicht auf Meer Die Lage im allgemeinen war wunderbar Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich alles Top gelaufen vielen Dank für die herzliche Begrüßung
