Shop 300 m, bus stop 700 m, sandy beach 1 km. Please note: private mooring, on request. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double sofabed and 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm), shower. Sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed. Gas heating. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture. View of Port Grimaud. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at 500 m. Please note: non-smoking house. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. RenovationsbedĂŒrftiges Haus ( riecht extrem vergraut )

Wenn die Fenster offen sind geht es vom Geschmack her
 Sobald die Fenster zu sind liefen mir die TrĂ€nen runter, hatte Atembeschwerden. Schade das alles sehr abgegriffen ist ( Schmuddelig ) WĂ€nde, StĂŒhle, Kissen
 Wenn der GeschirrspĂŒler in betrieb ist lĂ€uft Wasser raus. Auch bei der Decke gibt es einen Wasserschaden der schon viel Ă€lter ist. Sonnenschirm das Segel gerissen, Fenster im Schlafzimmer lĂ€sst sich sehr schwer öffnen. Treppe mit sturzgefahr. ( GelĂ€nder wĂ€re hilfreich) Wir kommen sicher wieder nach Port Grimaud, jedoch NICHT mehr in diese Unterkunt. Port Grimaud und Umgebung ist Wunderschön und wirklich zu empfehlen !

Kommen wieder

Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Da sechs von acht Betten im selben Zimmer sind, empfehlen wir es fĂŒr kleinere Gruppen mit zwei Paaren oder fĂŒr eine Familie mit Kindern. Der Sitzplatz am Kanal ist genial zum entspannen, die Betten sind bequem und die KĂŒche ist gut ausgerĂŒstet. WLAN funktioniert tadellos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nun zum vierten Male in diesem Haus.Herr D.C., der Ansprechpartner vor Ort, TOP, freundlich, immer als Ansprechpartner da. Unterkunft fĂŒr französiche VerhĂ€ltnisse wirklich gut.Leider sind so manche Sachen (FensterlĂ€den!!) vernacvhlĂ€ssigt, aber das tut unserer Bguten Beurteilung keinen Abbruch!Wir kommen wieder!

Der Service durch die Hausverw...

Der Service durch die Hausverwaltung vor Ort ist fantastisch. Sympathisch, aufmerksam und kundenorientiert. Die Wohnung selbst liegt sehr schön, ist in einem durchschnittlich guten Zustand, aber mit nur einer Toilette definitiv nicht fĂŒr mehr als 3 Personen geeignet. Die Lage in Port Grimaud ist grundsĂ€tzlich prima und ruhig. Jedoch waren rundherum etliche Baustellen mit entsprechendem BaulĂ€rm und Betrieb durch Baustellenfahrzeuge. Evtl. sollte die Saison erst nach Beendigung der Winterbaustellen eröffnet werden. Reisetipps: Die Region ist auch im Februar/MĂ€rz ein tolles Ferienziel. Wanderungen und Ausflugsziele gibt es genug. Die alten Orte wie Ramatuelle, Grimaud oder Cogolin sind wunderschön. Porquerolles ist als Tagesausflug geeignet, St. Tropez oder Ste. Maxime sind natĂŒrlich ein Muss. Tipps gibt es zudem in der Wohnung und vom Hausverwalter.

TrÚs bon emplacement, maison pratique, idéale pour des personnes qui loue des bateaux plusieurs jours. Petit bémol, il manque des ventilateurs ou la climatisation car il fait trÚs chaud à l'étage. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

UN OTTIMO SOGGIORNO!

Casa molto carina, spaziosa, pulita e dotata di ogni confort. Ottima la location, nel cuore di Port Grimaud, con bellissima vista sui canali. I servizi offerti sono stati perfetti. Consiglio questo immobile per una vacanza rilassante! Un grazie particolare alla persona che ci ha accolto.
