"We booked this particular property because the property offered on the website a sauna, hot tub, coffee lounge, bar, restaurant but we found ourselves having to go out for a meal because the restaurant was only open on a Wednesday and after a long drive this was not what we expected to do. The sauna & hot tub were an additional charge 20€ for 30 mins. the other facilities were not up and running. We felt we had booked this stay under false pretences. I contacted Hotels.com and they assured me...

"La Bastide is a great Provençal hotel in an amazing and quiet area. The place is surrounded by trees, vineyard, a farm and piece of arts. Next to the Bastide, 10/15 mn by walk, you have the winery the Commanderie de Peyrassol. The vineyard is stunning. "50 euros de suplement par nuit pour mettre un lit parapluie pour ma fille de et 2,5 ans que nous avons apporté! Alors que la nuit est déjà très coûteuses... Le cadre est très agréable mais les propietaire très absent... Difficile à trouver si vous avez besoin de quelque chose... le petit déjeuner est succinct (1 verre de jus de fruit et pas de possibilité d’en avoir en plus...) ma fille n’en a même pas eu le premier jour. Bilan mitigé compte tenu du niveau que prétend avoir...
