"We got to the hotel and the first thing we encountered was a broken elevator so we had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator. We get to the room and there was no bedding available and we called the front desk and asked for them to send some up to us and they asked us to come get them. The next morning the breakfast was bare- there was no hot food available and it was 7:45 in the morning. We go back upstairs to get our stuff and we wanted ice- no ice in the ice machine. It was a very disappointing experience- we won’t be returning to this hotel. "

The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. Nice shower with wonderful amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion to use. Breakfast in the morning was a fantastic selection, there really is something for everyone! Waffles, French toast, a nice egg sandwich selection that you select why you want including cheese! Breads, pastries, cereals including oatmeal, yogurt, as well as multiple juices and fresh fruit. "
