The accommodation is located at the entrance to Marienthal, between town and forest:
Traffic noise can be heard outside (quieter towards the dining area) but the interior is silent (double glazing, you will be able to fully enjoy the exceptional sound of our cinema whether in the evening or during the day!

Accessibility: Accommodation on the ground floor, but not adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM).

The whole plot is yours, it is fenced but without gates for direct access from the road!

The entrance is autonomously with a mechanical key box. You will receive the code and the video of how it works (open button on the left, reset button on the right, the others are for the code).

If necessary, our concierge service will respond as soon as possible between 6:30 am and 11:30 pm, preferably by text message and messaging.PGJyPg�PGJyPgWatch the video of opening the key box that is sent to you.
At the start, put the key back in the key box, our cleaning staff uses it.
Thank you for returning the accommodation to us in a correct condition, no need to dust, the kitchenette and the shower room will be cleaned but the price paid corresponds to a normal state of soiling.
Ideally if you can leave with your rubbish because the community of communes imposes sorting that is difficult to control for a simple visitor.
