Located in a period building, the Royal Cadenabbia apartment wants to differentiate itself from the amount of apartments for rent without style and character that we are often used to sharing. The splendor of Lake Como at its center, with its villas, botanical gardens and museums with a unique charm in the world, deserve to be visited and admired by a (albeit small) residence that enjoys their view and a certain modern luxury .
You will also have a spectacular park behind the building for the exclusive use of the building to relax and also enjoy a picturesque view of Bellagio from there. You will also have a private parking for exclusive use always behind the house, with access to the house and lift to the floor. All the furnishings, appliances, the complete kitchen, the floors and the sanitary ware were renewed in 2014. CIR license: 013113-CNI-00006

Over the top fantastic!

I can not say enough good things about this apartment and Lake Como. The location is absolutely the best on the lake. It is situated between two ferry stops with many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The restaurant on the bottom floor of the building is wonderful. The service provided by Andrea was above and beyond the expected. Wine and fruit waiting our arrival. Prompt response and great English. The apartment is suited with absolutely everything you need. Best of all is the perfect view from the balcony and through every room in the apartment overlooking the lake and Bellaggio. Everything is new and clean. Completely stocked kitchen. I could have stayed forever. This is by far the best HomeAway rental I've ever had! Thank you Andrea.

Communication from the owner, Andrea, was very poor. A week before our arrival, I reached out asking for arrival information and received an email back 3 days before our arrival asking for our contact info and arrival time. We provided that information and again asked for check in information. We let him know we were driving up from Tuscany that morning (5 hour drive). For the first 3 hours of the drive we continued to ask..:finally just under 2 hours before arrival we received the check in information. We were so frustrated by the lack of and poor information, that we stayed in another location (losing our entire payment). Anyone booking with Andrea should be forewarned of extremely poor communication and follow up

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und auch top ausgestattet. Wir haben viele Ausflüge ohne Auto unternommen, dafür war Cadenabbia ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Anfragen an den Vermieter wurden sofort beantwortet. Vielen Dank für den gelungenen Urlaub!

Excellent place in Lake Como

This apartment is exactly like the pictures. It is well decorated with nice touches. Location is great as it has a water view, and very close to the ferries and buses which take you anywhere you need to go in Como. It was quiet, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommend.

Unbelievably amazing in every way

Our host, Andrea, made this experience very personal and charming, from the fresh fruit and Prosecco to his personal introduction to the property. He was available any time we needed him (including recommendations for local doctors), and he occasionally notified us by text of local events coming up, but he was never intrusive of our privacy in any way. We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful apartment with its little balcony, where we could people watch while eating breakfast. We were right on the water, perhaps 2 blocks from the ferry to Bellagio, and very close to villas that were available to tour. This was by far the best VRBO rental that we have had, and I highly recommend it and its wonderful host! Many thanks, Andrea!
