Exzellenter Blick auf den See - Appartement benötigt mehr liebevolle Pflege
Das Duschbad war defekt und nicht benutzbar, die Küche, der Backofen, Geschirr, Besen, Mülleimer in einem erbärmlichen Zustand, der Klodeckel im Bad ausgeleiert, alle Fensterahmen müssen neu gestrichen werden - von Cadenabbia Fantastico hatten wir ein erheblich höheres Niveau und einen höheren Anspruch erwartet
Wohnung nicht verfügbar - mussten zwei Wochen vorher umbuchen
Die Bewertung der Wohnung bezieht sich nicht auf das oben beschriebene Objekt, da uns das hps Mennaggio Management Team kurzfristig mitgeteilt hat, dass die Wohnung wegen spontaner Renovierung nicht zur Verfügung steht. Wir hatten dann ein Objekt in Lenno (Bellavista Mezzegrina) bekommen. Von der ursprünglichen Herrichtung eine schöne Wohnung, aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, unzureichend gereinigt und mit diversen Mängeln. U.a. fehlender Toilettensitz, teildefekte Spülmaschine, fehlender Abflussverschluss in der Küche (dadurch aufwändiges Geschirrreinigen entweder mit nassen Boden durch Spülmaschine oder unter laufenden Wasserhahn).
An sich alles Dine, die man sicher schnell beheben kann, aber das HPS Managementteam war nicht gewillt dazu. Erst gab es gar keine Reaktion, dann wurde man ständig am Telefon vertröstet, zum Schluss wieder gar keine Reaktion mehr.
Wir haben uns davon den Urlaub nicht vermiesen lassen, aber Objekte unter dieser Verwaltung werden wir nicht mehr buchen und auch Freunden davon dringend abraten, da null Hilfsbereitschaft besteht, Probleme - die es ja immer mal geben kann - zu beheben. Ein fehlender WC-Sitz ist dann aus meiner Sicht auch schon auch ein „no Go“!
