"We got to the property late and the doors were closed. Took me awhile to figure out I needed to call 0 to be let in. Place did not smell pleasant. Room was clean but had a musty smell. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. I asked for more and there was none available. No towels in the room. We had to walk downstairs to the front desk to get some. Would never stay there again. I guess if you just want somewhere very basic to lay down for a night it works."

"Good location and comfy rooms. We did have a problem with the fridge and they replaced it. Would be nice if indoor pool was a bit warmer."

"Unbeknownst to us, this hotel is undergoing major renovations. As a result, the pool and hot tub are unavailable, the breakfast buffet is replaced by a bagged breakfast and there is a good deal of construction waste all over the front yard. Our room was comfortable and far enough away from the construction to allow a fairly quiet stay but carpets with drywall waste was not uncommon. The front entrance was also off limits requiring guests to check in through a side entrance surrounded by construction. Had I known about this work being done I certainly would have picked another hotel."

"Such an amazing experience. Staff was super helpful and there was so much to offer during our stay. Everything was clean and it felt like a luxurious experience!"
