Unterkunft zum rundum Wohlfühlen

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Es fehlt zum Wohnfühlen einfach Nichts. Die Nähe zu Düsseldorf und Neuss ist perfekt, aber ruhig gelegen, um um "Stress" des Tages abzuschalten. Ich buche gerne immer wieder :-).

Erftnähe

Ausstattung und Lage waren prima. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hatten bei einer Frage gleich ein offenes Ohr. Nach der langen Anreise bekam ich von der Familie mit ihren sehr wohlerzogenen Hunden einen Tipp für meinen Spaziergang an der Erft. Die Treppe war wie beschrieben, also nach ein paarmal Hinauf und Hinunter schon dran gewöhnt. Dankeschön!

Modern, geschmackvoll, sauber, wunderbar!

Schnuckelige FeWo, in der es alles gab, was wir für unseren Kurzaufenthalt von ein paar Nächten gebraucht haben. Es war tiptop sauber, Supermarkt und Bäcker gibt es in fußläufiger Entfernung und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Saubere und moderne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 1. Stock und hat 2 Ebenen. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Spitzgiebel und ist über eine Raumspartreppe erreichbar. Dies stellte ich mir erst etwas schwierig vor, war aber unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet, auch mit elektrischen Türschlössern. Schlüssel ist somit nicht erforderlich. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kullant. Lediglich die Bewegungsmelder für Flur, Bad und Treppenaufgang fand ich etwas störend, da diese teils auch im Bewegungsrsradius des Wohnzimmers waren und oft an und ausgingen. Können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr hochwertig und anspruchsvoll eingerichtet. Für eine vierköpfige Familie würde es bei einer Woche wahrscheinlich irgendwann zu eng werden, aber für ein verlängertes WE war es vollkommen ausreichend. Die Anbindung ist super, die Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar und das Haus ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Die Woche in Grevenbroich war sehr schön. Es gefiel uns wirklich ausgesprochen gut. Es mangelte an nix und es war sehr ordentlich. Die Lage ist super Köln und Düsseldorf ist sozusagen fast vor der Nase. Gibt viel zusehen. Netto ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist nur weiter zu empfehlen. Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Eine sehr schicke Wohnung!

Wir waren zwar nur für 2 Nächte zu Gast, empfanden die Wohnathmospäre aber als sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet und sehr modern. Endlich mal eine Wohnung, in der wirklich alles in Schuss war und nichts kaputt. Für ältere Leute und solche mit sehr kleinen Kindern eher nicht geeignet wegen der steilen Treppe ins obere Geschoss. Die Wohnung bietet jede Menge Platz und ist ansonsten sehr komfortabel. Uns persönlich gefielen die durchweg installierten Bewegungsmelder für das Licht nicht so sehr. Sie sind zwar im ersten Moment unheimlich praktisch, aber dann auch wieder nicht. Wenn man nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit z. B. im Bad war und duschte oder die Toilette benutzte, schaltete sich das automatisch Licht immer nach einer Weile aus und man stand im Dunkeln, musste die Duschkabine öffnen und "herumzappeln". Das Fernsehprogramm ist mit den lediglich öffentlich rechtlichen Sendern sehr beschränkt, zumal es auch hier sehr daran haperte, diese überhaupt zu empfangen. Unabhängig davon würden wir diese Wohnung immer wieder empfehlen, denn dass Wichtige ist sehr hochwertig gegeben und auch wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Die Vermieterfamilie ist überaus nett!

Ruhige und saubere Ferienwohnung für 3 Erwachsene. Der Zugang zum Schlafgeschoss führt über Treppenstiege. Wenn man kein Problem damit hat ist die Wohnung eine super Alternative. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder.
