"We stayed in one of their comfort rooms which seemed to recently been renovated. It gave a very fresh and clean appearance in comparison to other hotels in Sardinia that we stayed at. Helpful staff. Breakfast with a view of the mountains. However breakfast in Sardinia (which applies to this hotel aswell) is not like the intercontinental breakfast you would get in other countries. Is very well equipped for being a hotel gym, plenty of free weights and machines to maintain your levels for a shorter period on holiday. Yoga and fitness classes free of charge. Kids activities as well. A mini train that takes you around the resort from 7-23pm. Buggies that pick up and collect you from the car park or your room with the luggage. Organised trips to all sights and places worth visiting at a cost, car hire in the lobby, pharmacy and a boutique. Even a local bus stop to take you to Santa Teresa with all the things to do there. Wow. What a package!
CONS: There are no lifts, and plenty of stairs, lots of walking to do. HOUSE KEEPING: Non functional. It’s a certain to have your room cleaned daily and basic consumables restocked. It’s not working. Communication about all the amenities and things to do is lacking. It feels like they are understaffed and needs a big injection of organisation. Totally have the potential to be a 4*+ resort. Lack of dining options as well. "

"Séjour d'une semaine. Nous étions sans voiture. L'hôtel est accessible par le bus de Olbia mais après il faut marcher 8 mn le long de la route sans trottoir depuis la ville de Porto Pozzo. Le personnel de l'accueil a organisé pour nous la réservation des taxis pour tout notre séjour avec des tarifs négociés, ce qui nous a permis de profiter des environs. Le service était parfait et fiable. La gentillesse de tout le staff était très agréable. La chambre était simple et propre. Le matelas pas très confortable mais ça passe. Une jolie piscine qui manque de parasols pour se mettre à l'ombre mais bien fournie en transats. Petit déjeuner avec du choix pour tous les goûts. "
