Maison Le Fleurs is located in Le Fleurs, Gressan, just 70 metres from the intermediate station of the Aosta–Pila gondola, within an authentic hamlet of traditional Valdostan stone houses. A rare setting that combines tranquillity, immediate access to the slopes and striking alpine scenery.

The chalet is arranged over three levels and accommodates up to 12 guests, with a layout designed to ensure comfort and privacy even for larger groups. The seven bedrooms are well separated from the communal areas: six feature en-suite bathrooms, while one bedroom is served by a shared bathroom. In total, the property offers eight bathrooms, allowing guests to enjoy independence and ease throughout their stay.

A standout feature is the private wellness area, organised into two distinct spaces. One is a characterful sauna set within an ancient stone cellar, while the second is a panoramic relaxation area with steam room, comfortable seating and a herbal tea corner, all overlooking the surrounding mountains. These spaces are designed for unwinding and restoring balance in every season.

The living area is spacious and atmospheric, featuring a large panoramic lounge with central fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table seating up to 14 guests, ideal for shared moments after a day outdoors. For winter sports enthusiasts, the chalet offers a dedicated setup including a functional wardrobe area, separate ski storage and a heated ski room with boot warmers, directly connected to the house.

PARKING
Access to the chalet is easy via a private access road, with space to park several cars, as well as through the private garage, which is internally connected to the upper floors.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Late Check-in: for arrivals between 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM, a €100 late check-in fee applies.
