t was disgusting.
"I had a problem and went to reception but received no assistance; in fact, a man from the residence pushed me out. The room was very dirty: hair on the bed, coffee stains on the furniture, dirty walls, stains on the mattress covers... It was disgusting."

A little gem in Provence!
"Lou Paradou was a beautiful aparthotel in a gorgeous little town. The staff were so lovely and friendly, the hotel was spotless and the pool area was really nice and well maintained. The breakfast was always well stocked and there was plenty of choice every day. I would 100% recommendation this hotel ..."
