"This was even better than I could have imagined! Beautiful apartment, so modern and updated. Everything in town was walkable. Great conversations with the host to understand some tourist benefits better. Tried the German train system some before our planned train trip the following week, made us more comfortable and saved us so much time on a Sunday excursion we would have otherwise driven to. "Wirkt von außen sehr einladend. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr alt. In der Dusche waren Haare vom Vorgänger.Im Schlafzimmer roch es sehr modrig ( hier scheint die Wand zum Badezimmer nass zu sein). Es gab keine Matratzenschoner, was für uns für eine Ferienwohnung nicht hygienisch ist.Steht in unseren Augen in keinem guten Preisleistungsverhätnis.Die Vermieter selbst sind sehr freundlich und kooperativ."

"nice and close to airport, good shuttle service in both directions, was even able to get a drink at the bar despite arriving gone midnight"

"Nightmare transfer from the airport. Followed the instructions to call for the shuttle and it would turn up. Well it turns up with a different name on the white bus, people squish themselves into the 8 seats. Worked out this the was the bus to be told, tough wait for it to do a loop. Not impressed considering I’d called ahead and told it was on its way for me. Call the hotel to find out the still have at least 28 people they are aware of to shuttle. So, wait for it to do its loop 15-20 mins later - it pulls up in a totally different spot and again people start to pile on the bus. Quick jog across the car park and myself and one other that had missed out the first time get on the bus. It drives to the ‘hotel’. Doesn’t look like the photos. Told to wait, the bus driver deals with everyone else that’s on the bus - think they were people picking up cars. Then they ‘check me in’ oh no key ready! It’s 2am in the morning, hotel chap returns to the desk - oh still no key! Makes me a key then says he’s too busy to show me the room- it’s a couple of hundred meters down the road left right left right blah blah. So off I go single female 2am in the morning. Find the hotel and met with a serious waft of cannabis - delightful! The room it’s self was what I’d expect and fine. The rest though disorganised chaos."

"Clean room, beautiful Rhine river views from the room, delicious breakfast with a specially decorated table for our anniversary and wine gift! Some confusion at check in about the room in apartment down the street while we had thought we had booked at the main hotel Overall a great stay overlooking the Rhine River!"

"As if being in a castle isn’t awesome enough, the staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The grounds and rooms were exceptional. Gorgeous. The restaurant for dinner had amazing food and service. I honestly can’t say enough about this property. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, whatever best ratings I can possibly give for a hotel - I bestow upon this hotel. You absolutely MUST stay here, even if for just a day. It’s totally worth it! "
