"Very friendly staff, amazing location on canal. Room was large and very comfortable. Restaurant is excellent. Had dinner there two evenings and tried five different dishes - all delicious. Some of the best food we've had in Germany. Lots of nice walking paths - along the canal, beach area, to local ruins of a monastery. You can reach the innercity of Greifswald by bus - about 25 minutes away."

"Sehr ruhiges und gepflegtes Hotel. Super Frühstück und wunderbare Umgebung. Für Außendienstler absolut zu empfehlen. Mit Schwimmbad und Sauna mehr geht nicht. Nach ca. 30 Übernachtungen gab es keine Beanstandungen. Für mich das beste Hotel in der Region Greifswald."

"We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it. Breakfast was OK."

"Schönes sauberes Zimmer, schön ruhig. Leider konnte ich am Anreisetag nicht regulär ins Hotel einchecken. Komplette Sperrung, da ein Stadtlauf war. Es wurden wohl allen Bescheid gesagt, mir leider nicht. Kam auch keine Entschuldigung, nur ....sie wurden wohl übersehen. Ich konnte auch kein Essen nachbuchen. Geht in diesen Hotel wohl nur, wenn man es gleich mitbucht. Sollte dazu einen Hinweis auf der Homepage geben, dann kann man selbst entscheiden . Insgesamt aber alles super, sehr nettes...

"We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a broader trip through Germany as we toured Rugen And Usedom. This is a remote hotel within walking distance to the Baltic Sea in the quaint little small town of Devin. The rooms are a decent size for Germany and they were clean and comfortable. The staff spoke little English but were very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant was one of our favorites in Germany with exceptional schnitzel! it was five stars! Would definitely stay here again."

"Vi forventede, at spise aftensmad på hotellet. Men køkkenet var lukket - der blev kun serveret morgenmad. Havde vi vist det, ville vi have valgt et andet hotel!"

"Nettes Personal, schöner rustikaler Restaurantbereich und netter Empfangsbereich. Unser Zimmer war allerdings teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Vor allem was die Türen und das Badezimmer angeht. Sehr kleine und alte Dusche, das WC war von der Höhe eher für Kinder geeignet. Mindestens beim Badezimmer wäre eine Renovierung angesagt"

"Geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer mit Heiß- und Kaltgetränken, Kühlschrank, Hygieneartikeln und sogar persönlichem Gruß. Das Frühstücksbuffet im Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal, ob am Empfang, beim Frühstück oder bei der Reinigung, war sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist top, die Promenade, der Strand und der Bahnhof sind zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Das Haus oder das Zimmer sind allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Matratze war ziemlich durchgelegen und dadurch nicht...
