"Very clean rooms attentive staff but shift management does not communicate with one another. I was a former Hobby Hilton employee and we kept a journal for each shift. Not a great place for family fun (I should have done my homework). No pool, no pooch amenities ($50/night), bay areas very dirty, nearby parks the same, and the first Hilton I was charged for parking per night! For the commuter: if you want a good night sleep this is not the place. Walls are paper thin. We could hear TV and conversations from several rooms down. I thought it was my kids next door but they were also kept up by the same noise two nights straight. The good! Clean areas, great breakfast, and attentive staff."

"We booked and paid in advance for a room with two queen beds. When we arrived at the property, we were told to come back after 3 PM because only king rooms were currently available, but that the queen room listed on our reservation would be ready later. We did as instructed and returned after 3 PM, only to be told the hotel was completely sold out and there were no queen rooms available. Unfortunately, we had no other option and had to take the room provided, which resulted in me sleeping on the pull-out couch. The pull-out bed had no sheets or comforter, and the mattress still had plastic on it — which, considering the hotel is new, was probably a good sign cleanliness-wise, but it clearly had not been prepared for guests. When I went downstairs to request bedding, the staff seemed irritated and essentially handed it to me with little concern. To make matters worse, two of the pillows provided were visibly dirty. Throughout the hotel, trash cans were overflowing both inside and outside, and dirty dishes had been left sitting around the upstairs common areas. It’s possible the hotel was short-staffed, but overall the experience was disappointing, especially considering this is a brand-new property and we had high expectations. The positives were that the hotel was new and I did appreciate that the rooms had no carpet."

"The first day we checked in the front desk lady had an attitude when I asked a question about the golf carts. She didn't tell us anything about the property what time pool closed, opened, anything just our room number where it was located. Other than that everyone else we encountered was very nice. We got a golf cart rental from the motel and it was having issues they gave us another one no issue, the day we went to check out the replacement golf cart didnt want to go in gear so the manager of the property came over helped us and we got it all straightened out. He helped us move it into a parking spot so it was out of the way. Checkout and Breakfast desk people were very nice and friendly. Despite the first lady we will stay again."
