"Place is run down! Pictures on website are not what the hotel looks like. Staff is clueless, I heard the front desk saying the manager is on vacation and he’s new so he doesn’t know what to do. Maintenance was assisting in the front desk but has no clue either! Carpets dirty, bathroom paint chipped, bed and pillows are so uncomfortable and everything was dirty!! If I wasn’t tired I would have asked to get a refund and left but they couldn’t help me with that anyway since the manager is away. Please update the photos on website. It’s dishonest and work on the staff training."

"Beds were very confortable and was very nice to have a kitchen, specially when traveling with family for sports. Furniture definitely needs to be upgraded, sofa and chair in living room area definitely need to be cleaned. Our shower towels were stained, requested to get clean ones but there was no room service, had to go to front desk to get them, which was a little inconvenient being front desk was in a whole different building."

"The experience was horrible. The room was filthy and occupied. When I went in. I didn’t stay at the hotel. I tried to get a refund however Expedia would not honor it. I’m very disappointed in Expedia as well as the hotel. I wasted my time and money for a room that had a person staying in it"

"Great home and location. Plenty of room for family. The view of the lake was great. Mercer island was across the lake. Would definitely come back when return to Seattle "

"Only 1 of 3 elevators were functional. Everytime we needed one, we waited for it to go up and down mulitple times before we could get on. Another guest said he's been staying there off and on for 6 months and they haven't worked the whole time he's been there. The pool was also closed our entire stay. Not worth the high price given these things. We won't be back. "

"The property is dated and could use a few upgrades, the complimentary breakfast was not always fully stocked, the laundry room was great (no fees), the staff was amazing very nice and helpful. Parking fills up pretty quickly. You have a few long term vehicles on the property. Room services every three days but you can ask the staff for additional towels. If need be the rooms can use refreshing the lobby areas could use new lanterns and lamps. Lampshades were broken on several. They do offer nice cookies at the front desk. Jess and team are very nice. "
