Updated Lakefront Getaway - Private Dock, Deck & Fire Pit

Enjoy Lake Greenwood from this newly updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath lakefront home with over 150 feet of shoreline, a private dock, and beautiful lake views throughout the property. Located on a point in a large cove just off the open water, the home offers plenty of space for families and groups of up to 8.

The outdoor spaces are made for lake days and evenings together, with a refinished private dock, three-level deck, covered pergola, screened porch, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and play structure. The gentle slope to the lake provides easy water access, with shallow water near shore and approximately 7–8 feet of water at the end of the dock. Guests are also welcome to tie up their boat during their stay.

Inside, the open floor plan features a newly built-in bar with seating for 4, plus kitchen bar seating for another 4. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed. Bedrooms 1 and 2 include dedicated desk/workspaces, while Bedroom 3 features a seating area with a queen sleeper sofa, bringing total sleeping capacity to 8. Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, a monitor and printer, and a washer and dryer are also provided.

The outdoor dining table is the home's primary dining table, giving guests a great place to enjoy meals overlooking the lake.
