"The hotel was pretty clean overall which is a huge plus. The staff was great. One of our complaints was the noise, even though it is a kid centred hotel, the noise travels terribly, and there is constantly banging, running, thumping and continuous loud noise as if someone else is in your room. Our hotels have bumps and noises, but this was exceptionally loud. This can be difficult with small children and naps. Our other complaint was that the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable to the point that my husband and I were honestly barely able to sleep."

"Staff was very friendly. Room was very large and perfect for a family of 5. The only major downside was we booked this hotel specifically because it mentioned an arcade and game room, which we thought would be perfect for our 3 kids. However, when we arrived, we were told there was no longer a game room and the hotel signs (and the online descriptions) hadn’t been changed yet. So, that was a disappointment. But overall it was a clean, affordable, decent place to stay on our cross-country road trip. "

"Hard to get on WiFi. Hard to find switch for backlight behind head board. Pillows too soft. Hand soap dispenser empty. Coffee/tea station not visually inviting. Poor selection of tea, mainly just Lipton. Small, thin towels in bath. Shower head as high as a basketball hoop! Weird, uncomfortable Chaise lounge in room. Convenient back door to parking from elevators. Courteous, understanding staff. "

"Great stay for the price. The room is little outdated but extremely clean and bug free(iyktyk😉) As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and secure. The front desk lady was very pleasant. I needed a room for a last-minute overnight stay and this was the perfect gem 💎 for the price!!!!"

"Our room was very nice and clean, and we had a very quiet restful night. But, when we went to breakfast at 8:00, the area was unkempt, the floor very dirty with mud, the food was mostly gone, and we never saw anyone working the area. There wasn’t any sugar for Cooke, only artificial sweetener. No yogurt, no fruit, no breakfast meat. We were extremely disappointed with the breakfast. "

"Clean and nice for the value. You can tell the property is well managed. Staff were great. Husband and son loved the pool but wished the hot tub was clean (it was not). Hotel and room was clean and smelled so. Breakfast was nice too. Will stay again when visiting snow trails. "
