Great Stay!

We chose this property because of it’s close proximity to a family member’s house and we had a great time! The house is new and clean. It is lacking many kitchen items, particularly baking sheets and cooking utensils, which made parts of Thanksgiving challenging. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Greenville graduation

Worked great for our group-we had two houses for our large two family group on the same property. Close to town and all of our graduation festivities.

Very clean home

The house was beautiful and very clean but communication with the host was lacking. I did not get a check in code until 1pm the day of check in and while this was fine since we're not supposed to until 4pm, it made me feel uneasy since we were driving 7 hours and wanted to make sure that everything with this house would be ok. All others we have rented have given directions about a week before check-in. Once there, there was not a book for instructions but a tablet at the entrance. I clicked button to contact host but they never got back to me about a question I had. I figure at this point that we were on our own to figure things out. The description of the sleeping arrangement was also wrong. VRBO stated one of the rooms was supposed to have 2 queens but instead it only has 1 bed in it that was either or queen or full size. That room also could use a nightstand by the bed. It was kind of inconvenient to put our cell phones across the room. There was enough toilet paper, paper towels, towels and shampoo. We weren't provided with any dishwashing pods and laundry detergent was enough for just 1 load, no dryer sheets neither. Kitchen was bare so if you're looking to cook meals, you may not have enough supplies. House had a total of 5 clothes hangers.

Beautiful But Overpriced for What it Included

This was a beautiful, new house with 3 large, comfortable bedrooms and two full baths, in a GREAT location. However, for the price, it lacked comfort and amenities that are typically provided in a similar VRBO, Air B&B or hotel suites; the family room was only furnished with a couch and two unstable, uncomfortable chairs. We all had to sit on the couch! There was not enough hot water without a wait between uses (dishwasher, showers, etc.). As for amenities, there were nice dishes, silverware, pots, pans, & glassware. But no dish towels, dishwasher detergent, kitchen (tall) trash bags; and the guest bedrooms lacked shampoo & bath soap, hangers, night stands, etc. I will say the Master BR had a very comfortable bed!

Great time in Greenville

Property was great and location was great.. house was a bit generic. The check-in was bad because we never got the information through internet. House seemed a bit empty for it size, furniture not very cozy for family gatherings. Still overall great location and beautiful house

Gorgeous House

The house is very new and clean. It was nice to have access to the garage. The owners were very accommodating. Both TVs had Roku so no need to bring one. We will definitely be staying there again this summer.
