🪵 Disclaimer: Rural Cabin Stay – Please Read 🌲 By proceeding with this reservation, you acknowledge and understand that you are renting a cabin located in the rural woods of Northern Maine. While we strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment, there are natural elements that come with the setting: 🐭 Mice Activity: Mice may be present year-round due to the surrounding wilderness, with increased activity during the cooler months (fall and winter) as they seek warmth indoors. We use natural and sterile methods to treat the cabin, but occasional sightings or signs of mice may still occur. ❄️ Ice & Snow: Icy conditions are common in colder months. We do our best to salt and shovel walkways, but some ice may remain. Please use caution when walking outside during these times. 🕸️ Spiders & Webs: In this remote wooded setting, spiders are prevalent. We clear webs before each guest’s arrival, especially around the exterior, but they often rebuild quickly due to the natural environment. By confirming your stay, you accept and understand these conditions as part of the authentic and rustic Northern Maine experience. 🌲🏡 All personal items, equipment, chairs, floats, watercraft etc. used at the Association Beach should be removed each day.
All Dogs must be in complete control of the owner at all times, especially in the common areas.
Association trails marked with the Beaver Cove symbol along the waterfront are maintained for the use and enjoyment of members and their guests. Personal items, gear, chairs, etc. should not block the passage of people walking on the trails.
Please respect the rights of adjoining property owners at all times especially when using the waterfront in the common areas.
Fireworks pose a significant threat of fire in our heavily wooded community, particularly given our lack of a fire department and hydrants. Please note that the use of Fireworks is prohibited in any part of the BCA.
As per the Town of Beaver Cove Firearms Discharge Ordinance, firearms may not be discharged anywhere in The Beaver Cove Association.
Please help to protect the serenity of our community by refraining from making noises loud enough to disturb neighbors and the wildlife.
Owners are responsible for the action of their guests and will be contacted in the event issues arise.
Some properties use a shared water and sewer resource. Please respect this resource.
Please report any issues with date and time to any member of the Board of Directors immediately should something arise.
