  • If you are looking for a spacious and cozy house in the Downtown Greenville area this is the perfect one for you. You have access to all of the best restaurants and cafes in Greenville within just a 5 minute walk to Downtown Greenville or to the West End Art District. Just across the street from a brand new Spinx gas station and steps away from a range of wonderful restaurants. This house has three bed rooms that include a king size, one queen size bed, and three twin beds. The house also features a full kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and living room area and is a great space for a family. The house also has a large parking space in the back and a fenced in yard with a basketball hoop. You can also enjoy your evenings out on the balcony and enjoy the view! The best thing about this house is that it’s fully furnished and move in ready! Location, location, location!
