The front desk was wonderful. So very professional ans kind. It was very quiet i didn't expect . It could use some updates. I would stay again just becuse of the front dest check in at night. Morning shift not as nice.

Check in was fast and easy, room was clean, bed very comfortable and clean. We were missing coffee pods but we didn’t notice until the morning so we had coffee at breakfast. Comfort Inn & Suites Greenville Near East Carolina University
The hotel is being updated, but there are still some places that could use an improvement. The pool was nasty. Our door handle was broken on the room. The shower wasn't great. The room was clean and the lobby was nice. Staff were friendly.
