The staff was very happy downfalls was lots of drinking outside the facility alcohol left outside the facility and the elevators didn't work

Kind helpful staff. Good breakfast. Only downsides: one of two elevators was out of order and the room needed attention: the wall paper was torn, the curtain hanging part way off the rod, dust ruffles askew, bed didn't seem to be made property and seems some of the pillow cases hadn't been changed.

Very basic hotel, our faucet in our bathroom leaked continuously, we reported it, “fixed”, started leaking again the next morning. They charge 18.00 a day to park in an unsecured and uncovered lot. Why? They do include hot breakfast which was nice. It’s ok.

Wonderful!

Absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and the staff was wonderful. It's been an incredibly long time since either of us have stayed in a hotel and it couldn't have been a better experience.

Of all the hotels we stayed at on this trip, this was the only one that I woke up refreshed with no allergy's. The desk clerk was very helpful. She told us that hvac comes in weekly to clean heating/cooling units. Breakfast was pleasant and good. It's off the highway a little so it's quiet. We liked it. Will return next time we drive through on 75.

The staff at this property were amazing. I called on them after hour and they took care ofthe issue. Breakfast was wonderful and i thought the hotel was quiet even though it was sold out.

Bed very comfortable, room clean. Only complaint was the staff, particularly the breakfast staff were not friendly. They stood in the way of the food talking to each other and used inappropriate language which was not professional in front of guests.

I made my reservation through Expedia. For whatever reason, when I arrived, the hotel had no record of it. Candice, the guest service manager, took an hour of her own time to sit with me and work with Expedia, resolving the problem. Excellent customer service!

Everything was good except the water heaters broke and we were not able to shower. I had to take a cold shower. When it was mentioned to the front desk, they said that it was odd and everyone else had hot water. Then later, I was told 2 water heaters were broken. This was Thanksgiving Day, so they were not getting fixed and were never fixed for the rest of our stay. The staff was friendly, and our room was large and clean.

Registration system was down upon arrival. While that is understandable and unavailable having multiple staff members including some sort of shift manager standing around while one guy personally escorted each guest to their room because room keys could not be issued was frustrating. Pool was warm. Pool area is worn. Shower floor creaked and popped even after getting out of the shower. Staff was very friendly.
