"Very poor experience. Not sure what other rooms were like at this facility but ours looked nothing like the photos online. Our non smoking room smelled heavily of stale smoke. The room was dirty and run down. Stains under the mattress (checked for bed bugs) and broken electrical outlet. No remote for the TV. Breakfast offered very few options. Friendly staff was only positive I can share about this experience."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The entire hotel had a damp chlorine smell, and the room itself had an unpleasant odor. When I requested fresh bedding, the front desk only provided a sheet and stated that was all that was available. For $275 per night, I expected a much higher standard. Many items in the room appeared stained, dirty, and damp, which made the environment feel unclean. Additionally, the housekeeper entered the room without properly knocking. I had to say “excuse me,” at which point she closed the door. This felt like a lack of basic courtesy and privacy. I also attempted to purchase a drink, but the front desk was unattended for an extended period. When the staff member returned, she was not helpful and did not display a welcoming attitude. When I asked if there was another place to pay, I was simply told no. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay and will not be returning."

"Very good breakfast, nice staff, plentiful parking, clean facility. Only issue: No room service during my four day stay, even after a gentle mention to the cleaning ladies in the hall way, and to one of the onsite supervisors."
