Newly updated bathrooms and luxury flooring throughout. Beautiful yard, family friendly neighborhood. Excellent Wifi, large Smart TV in the living room. Shopping including grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants are all a quick 3 minutes away."

Unfortunate
We booked our stay about 3 months ago for a funeral. Everything leading up to our stay seemed legit and handled well.
However, 4 hours before our check in our stay was canceled by the host without any reason. This left us with no where to stay. When attempting to contact the host, it was radio silence. I am very disappointed with the host and his actions. I would STRONGLY advise against staying with this host. I hope this helps others avoid the same situation that we were placed in.
Again I DO NOT recommend staying with this host.

Host allowed double booking and did not tell us until same day just before check in.
Host was poor communicator and allowed this property to be double booked. He sent us the code to access the property which we used and when we entered found another family was using the property. Turns out that shortly after sending the access code to us, he texted to say the property was double booked (I did not see the text before entering) and we would need to contact VRBO to request a refund. We did so, but it greatly inconvenienced our family of 4 with 2young children who had to scramble to find lodging after traveling 1,000 miles to get here..
Very disappointed in this. Can not recommend.
