Come relax by Lake Oconee! Immaculate 3 bedroom and 3 bath top floor condo. Look out on one of Reynolds Plantation's beautiful golf courses and Lake Oconee in the distance. A short walk to the Lake Club and the Lake Club Marina with day use boat slips. Large great room with fireplace and built-in bookshelves. Dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar. Master suite has large walk-in closet and private bath. Guest rooms have access to full bath, second floor has private suite and bath. 10% Military Discount. 10% Discount for weekly rentals.

    We traveled to Lake Oconee for the Food & Wine Festival and this condo was the perfect location. Easy access to the Ritz, close to the gate, less than 1 mile from coffee, restaurants and Publix. Easy check-in and check-out, extremely clean, easy parking. We will return.

    Condo was perfect for our family while we celebrated a friend's wedding! Very close to the Ritz, just a couple of minute drive. Host was very responsive and even provided coffee! Would definitely recommend and stay here again myself!

    Wonderful Location for Family Christmas Celebration

    Fabulous location that's steps away from the lake and miles of walking paths. You can also walk to the Ritz. Beautiful views. The owner was extremely responsive and the property is exactly as described. I highly recommend it.

    We rented the place for overflow guests for our son’s wedding and it didn’t disappoint. Clean and cozy and it had everything they needed and the location is amazing as well. Would recommend highly.

    Great stay near the Reynolds Ritz-Carleton

    We wanted to stay near the Ritz where our friends were staying. This condo was in the neighborhood closest to the hotel. Spacious and fitted with everything needed. Close to shopping as well. We were only 2, but it would be perfect for 3 couples or a family. The Host was a great communicator.

    Five ladies in our sixties that are childhood friends. This was our seventeenth year going on our trip to Lake Oconee. We love the food and shopping in Greensboro, Madison, and Athens. We have stayed in the condo for several years. Love it. The owners are so friendly and helpful. We feel like they are family!

    This place is always clean and comfortable. This is my second time staying here. I can’t say anything negative. It would be helpful if there was some kind of cart that could help older guests get there things inside. Put everything on one cart and push it inside.

    Great property! Condo has everything you need, layout is great, TV and internet are easy to navigate, covered porch was awesome for morning coffee and the lake was right there.
