Unprofessional

At 4pm check in host cancel reservation! Unprofessional and it cost me alot of time very inconvenient. Do not book this location.

totally unacceptable

Arrived in Greensboro and tried to contact our host, Ricardo to get the code for our unit. He hung up on us so we called VRBO. We then found out that the owners had canceled our reservation that day without any notification to us. We saw latter that they had given the reason of Covid. We think that is total Bull.&&&&. VRBO did put us up in a hotel the first night. We ended up staying at a motel for our trip. It was a very disappointing.experiance..
