Modern/Retro 1br Condo by Exceptional Stays

Escape to a welcoming 1-bedroom condo in High Point. This cool space features 1 king bed with upscale amenities perfect for a wonderful stay. Enjoy all the conveniences like AC, heating, ceiling fans, fast WiFi, washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen with top notch essentials. The bathroom includes a jetted shower with an exhilarating rain shower/waterfall option, towel warmer and a hair dryer for your comfort. The living room boasts a 65" TV with surround sound and reclining sofa while the main Master Bedroom has a 55" TV. Step out to the rear patio for some R&R and cozy up to the Fire Table or do a little grilling. Want to go for a swim then just walk across the parking lot to the clubhouse! Perfect for HPU or Furn Mkt guests or a romantic getaway.

Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is at 11:00 a.m. a $20 fee will be applied for checkout past 11:15 a.m. and charged a full night for unauthorized Overstay past 12:00 p.m. which does not award you possession of the property
If the "Overstay" causes a future reservation to be refunded, you the guest will be responsible for the full cost of the reimbursement
Please check for all your belongings under beds Etc No need to do anything except shut the lights, lock the door behind you and have a safe trip home. Thank you again for choosing Modern Retro Condo
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
