Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this prestigious Whittington Hall neighborhood home; located in the suburb of Jamestown, which is nestled between Greensboro and High Point, NC, and very close to High Point University, Grandover Resort and Spa and Sedgefield Country Club. Location is perfect for events at the Greensboro Aquatic Center, Greensboro Coliseum and Koury Convention Center. This lovely home is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, eat-in kitchen which is open to TV living room. Nice screened-in back porch, gas grill and fenced backyard with garage. There are three queen-sized beds and a single bed in this well kept clean home. Our TV's have You Tube TV and Netflix. There is a large couch, and two chairs with ottomans in the living area. Upstairs has three bedrooms with leather sofa and You Tube TV. Downstairs has Master Bedroom with sitting area and large bathroom. We have a separate office with wireless Internet and laundry room. Kitchen has bar area with four barstools. Back deck and covered screened-in porch includes a table with 6 chairs and a Weber gas grill and a fenced backyard. This lovely neighborhood has tennis/ pickleball courts, a large community swimming pool and playground. There are restaurants and a quaint little town of Jamestown to stroll for cocktails/ drinks or coffee in the evening or early morning walks. Several churches within a short distance and Jamestown Park and Golf Course are within five minute drive, as well as several bike and walking paths. Greensboro has a Class A Baseball Team called the "Greensboro Grasshoppers," The Children's Museum of Greensboro , and The Greensboro Science Center are all close. The NC Zoo is 30 miles south in Asheboro. Several Universities are close to this property, including: High Point University, UNC Greensboro, Guilford College, North Carolina A&T, and Guilford Technical Community College. Everything that is washable is washed with hot water/disinfectant between each visit. Hard surfaces are cleaned with a disinfecting cleaner. Soft surfaces, such as couches and chairs are cleaned.
