The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and the pool was a hit.

The staff and lobby was nice. They offer breakfast and the rooms are spacious. However, sadly our room smelled like mold and the room was incredibly worn it. It looked like someone was living their long term and did not take care of it. The carpets were dirty, furniture was broken, AC unit machines were not functioning properly, and a few other things. The staff really tried to help but there were many other back up rooms available due to the holiday weekend. The room just felt dirty and unpleasant. Wouldn’t stay here again.

This property is amazing!!! Literally near EVERYTHING from Costco’s and Sam’s, Juicy Crab, Applebee’s, and shopping. To top it off I arrived way before check out with my kids and they got me a room so that my children wouldn’t have to wait. I will definitely be back!

There was no daily housekeeping throughout our 5 day stay. We had to go to the front desk for towels, coffee, & toilet paper. There was only bar soap and one neutrogenia shampoo in the bathroom (no conditioner???). The room was incredibly dusty, and the bed had a bed skirt on it , instead of a blanket!!!! ….Seriously! I expect more from Hilton properties… the location was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. It seems like the issues are with the property management and not the on site staff. I think that for the price paid, they should have been upfront if they don’t offer daily services.

Whatever you’re telling those front desk receptionist to make them keep such positive attitudes keep it up! They were very polite and personable. The room was nice as well but customer service goes a long way.
