Lovely place, right on the water. Very welcoming hosts. Intimate 3 room hotel, very close to transportation and all of the local fun in Greenport.

The perfect weekend getaway!

We stayed here for our mini moon and couldn't have asked for a better weekend! We loved hanging out at the inn and getting to know Leueen and the other guests. The inn is walking distance to the main streets and the train. Will definitely visit again!

Beautiful property right on the water

We had a wonderful time at the Inn. Our room was clean and well appointed, the grounds were beautiful and right on the water, and our hostess gracious and welcoming. The property is only a 5 minute walk to the main part of town, so very easy to get around without a car. Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend.

Relaxing Waterfront Sea Side Getaway

The family running Harbor Knoll is very hospitable, along with this beautiful historic home right on the bay. Amazing location and cute rooms! I would highly recommend.

This is a lovely home with a warm cozy atmosphere. The setting is on the harbor with a beautiful front yard. The location is perfect to walk into town. A charming home and charming owner. I would highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast.
