"Visiting UT so it was close to campus. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn't like was the tub shower vs a regular walk in. I didn't ask to change rooms but I bet they would have accomdated me if I had asked. "

"We were in town for UT parents weekend. This was a nice location, only a short drive to campus. The breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly. They had orange and white cupcakes out for guests on the day of the game which was a really sweet touch! Very much makes you feel like you are in a college town. They quickly found and delivered a rollaway bed when our UT student decided to join us in the hotel at the last minute. The only thing I would change is to have housekeeping come and refresh towels each day. I'm sure this is something we could have requested, but a housekeeping visit or two during a three night stay would be welcomed."

"We came to visit our son at UTK and go to a game with two other families. The house was amazing and exceeded our ecxpectations. The host, Bret, was communicative and informative throughout the booking and even welcomed us with a lovely note, cheese board and bottle of wine. Wow! It was the icing on the cake for an amazing weekend. Not to mention the house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and great location. We will definitely be back!"
