Dogs must be on a leash (Beachcomber Community rule)

Please drive slowly (5 mph max) when traveling up and down the lane.
This is monitored closely to keep things safe for kids and wildlife.

Please do not flush anything but human waste and toilet paper. This home is on a septic system so hygiene products, baby wipes...etc, cannot be flushed.

Please make sure the cover is securely on the hot tub and clipped into place before you leave & put in a shock tablet after each use to balance chemicals.

Please make sure the baseboard heaters are turned off in the upstairs bedrooms when you leave.

Please make sure towel rack heater is turned off!

Please make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked.
