From the outside this place looks like an old motor inn that has been renovated. The inside is beautiful with southwest style rooms. Very luxurious. The only negative for us was the distance to Arches National Park. We thought it was only 30 minutes and it’s closer to an hour but well worth the extra distance. Guests are pampered with a phenomenal cooked breakfast each morning and a beautiful place to sit and read or enjoy snacks in the evening. The price is great for what you get. We would definitely stay again!

The room was big the bed was very comfortable and clean. Breastfast was made to order. The owners are great Greg is very personable and informative. I would give a 10 if I could cannot wait to come back.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. The chef was very knowledgeable about the area.The room was clean and shower was big a spacious . Definitely would stay there again

Such a pleasant B&B. We like everything it offers. The room is clean, is modern. We enjoy very much the breakfast. There are plenty of free bottle-water, coffee, tea in the meal room. They even placed ice in the ice bucket before we arrived. How many hotels will provide such service?
