"The host(s) were phenomenal. Truly a relaxing get-away. If you prefer a private, quiet, and overall low-key experience I recommend! The room was beautifully decorated, the bathroom was clean and everything in the cabinet was well thought out, the “kitchen” area was adorable and perfect, and the property outside provided an immaculate view- with a super relaxing hot tub! We came during the winter, so we couldn’t explore the lake. However, another trip is in the works so we can enjoy every part! Oh! The cookies they leave out are to DIE for!!!!10000/10"

"We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfectly stocked and super clean. I loved having coffee in the morning in the sunroom overlooking the lake. We appreciated the firewood, blankets, S’mores kit, and easy check in. The house is beautiful with lots of natural light to take in the views. Our stay was during the late October fall season. The lake and fall foliage were gorgeous. The house is next to a busy highway but we got used to the traffic and it didn’t deter from the peaceful location. "

"Perfect getaway if you’re looking for quiet and peaceful. Cabin is exactly what it promises. Not too fancy, and a few of the modern renovations they’ve done over the years makes it feel like home. Serene location right on Green Lake. And if you don’t mind some driving, the location is perfect for seeing some sights and exploring the towns. Highly recommend Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. And check out Thunder Hole while you’re there!"

"Wonderful property! The hosts have thought through every detail to make this stay a great experience. The cabin is beautiful inside and out. We felt right at home and took advantage of the fire pit and Kayaks during the stay. We appreciated the quick run through of the property with Tim and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and games that were provided. 10/10 lake cabin experience. We spent most of our time in Acadia, which was a comfortable drive away. The cabin was fairly close to a small market and town for food and groceries. Great place! "

"Our trip was for a visit reconnecting with family for a long weekend and this 3-bedroom house provided a perfect location setting for our little reunion. The house is a newer construction and was immaculate - hopefully future guests continue to keep it that way. It provided a perfect layout for my mobility challenged mother - only one step up to the porch and rest was all one floor, plenty of open space and wide door openings for her walker. The house was tastefully decorated with plenty of sitting area space and we loved making use of the gas fireplace in the evening. Ceiling fans and TV's w/Roku's in every bedroom and in the master there was even a ductless split AC so we could keep our room as cool as "I" needed. The location was on a fairly busy main road but was set back enough that you didn't even notice. It had plenty of yard space for kids or a dog to safely run around - the surrounded set back woods provided privacy and a picturesque Maine look from the beautiful deck. It was a quick straight shot into the town of Ellsworth and just keep going into beautiful Bar Harbor & Acadia National Park. l feel you are mostly renting VRBO homes on trust & faith of accurate information so I personally find it important the responsiveness of the owner - this owner did not disappoint and answered all of our questions before and during our stay. I look forward to staying at this house in future. My on regret is I didn't get to see a moose wander out of the woods - lol! "
