The double room was huge. It was very clean and plenty of space for luggage. The view of the lake was wonderful and even had a bald eagle fly by. The indoor swimming pool was huge.

Everything was great. Very comfortable room with great view of the lake. Nice patio to see the sun come up. Food was very good at all the restaurants. We ate breakfast st the Oakwood. I felt bad for the waitress as she was the only one working all the tables. She did a fantastic job.

The hotel was gorgeous inside and out. The lobby and room especially. The view of Greenlake was stunning. Cleanliness and tidiness was top notch. The coffee we purchased at the coffee area was delicious.

Everything was wonderful at this 4 Star lakeside hotel! The staff, the rooms, 2 pools (indoor & outdoor) 2 restaurants, 2 bars...& the view of the lake! My Birthday Dinner at the Oakwood Restaurant (at the Hotel) was one of the best meals I've had (dining out) in a very long time! I had the Crispy Skin Salmon w/Farrow & Beets. Although I was skeptical, based on the description.. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Everything from our Craft Cocktails, warm & freshly baked Rolls, Apps & Entrees were Fantastic! All 6 of us agreed!

The room was as described,clean with a nice view of Green Lake. It was winter so didn't use the balcony.the pool and hot tub were the perfect temp.staff went out their way to be helpful.

This was a wonderful time to get to the Heidel House. It was decorated wonderfully for Christmas. The fire place in the lobby was a nice touch and the outdoor fire was wonderful as well. The lake view from our room was beautiful with the lake fog rising off the warm waters. Very pleasant stay.

Luxurious Getaway

Beautiful views of Green Lake. 2 nice restaurants, one a casual bar on the water serving lunch and dinner. The other a upscale restaurant ber and breakfast. Coffee lounge was very nice. Our room was spacious with frig and microwave. Indoor pool and hottub was inviting. We want to return in summer to use the outdoor pool. Cute boutique shop too. Relaxing weekend getaway!

The staff was tremendous, especially the late night desk attendant, Kristi. She was super helpful and very friendly. Heidel House is one of our favorite places to stay. Truly a wonderful experience.

H Squared (our nickname for the Heidel House) is amazing. Staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Evenings at the fire pit were fun and service at both restaurants was a perfect 5/5. Love the view of the lake. Don’t forget to try Sassafras Coffee shop in downtown Green Lake.

Front desk check in was a breeze. They accomadated my request for a lake view with balcony(which was in the WEST building...). ample parking and the Waves pub was sufficient for me. Very close to the Lawsonia Golf and several nice places in town to eat and drink.
