"Most of the staff was responsive and helpful, however, there was one young lady who seemed glued to her cell phone and asking her any questions seemed like an imposition. Otherwise the staff was friendly and supportive and the location was good for my meetings. The room was comfortable with good coffee maker and a hot water maker! I will book again."

"We had an excellent stay with the City Haven III stayed for 4 days to support youngest daughter during spring training/regatta at SPU. Teresa, host/owner, was attentive to our timing and offered earlier check-in, as the unit was clean and available. She checked in the next day to make sure all was well and if we had any needs. Everything was wonderful clean and fresh, generous amenities and the linens were NOT synthetic nor heavily fragranced. This is a huge bonus for my sensitivities ! While the ceilings (basement apt.) are little lower than normal, my son, 6'3" managed just fine beyond being mindful of the doorways. Beyond the ceiling difference, it was bright and welcoming with plenty of windows; each had blinds to manage privacy and daylight. Finding this coven of comfort in a accessible area of Seattle was a blessing and we will be back! Thank you ! "

"Rooms were immaculate. There are no refrigerators in the room which seemed odd. The coffee service in the room was a bit lame but there is a great coffee shop attached to the lobby and it opens at 6:30 and you can charge it to your room. The location is perfect especially if you are going to the Neptune theatre for a show. It’s steps away from the Neptune. View of Seattle and the mountains is fabulous. The rooms are appointed like no other hotel room that I’ve been in. Interesting, eclectic yet not cluttered with useless adornments. Art deco. Very comfortable furniture. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows didn’t break your neck. I would definitely stay there again. "
