"The handle to the main door hung lazily, almost broken. The room was filthy, unprepared for my check-in. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. It wasn't hung correctly, so the door hit the frame. The television display is dark. The settings are in Spanish, so I wasn't able to make changes. The microwave is very small and auto-locks. I had to learn that there's an unlock button. The A/C, Heater works fine. This is my second stay at this location. Each stay has multiple people complaining about un-flushable toilets, unworkable card-keys, etc. Two pizzerias won't deliver onsite because of events that've occurred here. I choose this hotel, because of it being an inexpensive option to sleep. "

"This is a beautiful new hotel with garage parking, a great breakfast, friendly staff, and locates in the beautiful city of Post Falls. The entire property was very clean and the layput of the rooms is amazing! There is a great lounge area with cool little patio if you like to sit outside. "

"Beautiful hotel- we really enjoyed staying here and enjoying the history of the hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool and the proximity to restaurants. We would stay here again."

"Had a great breakfast. The hotel was beautiful inside and out the problem was the parking lot and the surrounding area with the homeless people. The parking lot was at least fenced off, which was helpful but across the street was a 7-Eleven with 10 to 15 homeless people out there all the time we chose to stay at the other La Quinta on our way back"

"Our vehicle was broken into and all our valuables were taken and it just happened that their cameras didn’t reach where we was parked. I will never stay here again and highly don’t recommend it. We left early and they’re STILL trying to charge me after giving us a refund "
