"Everything was very good, including the courtyard restaurant, which clearly attracts a local audience as well as the guests.
The rooftop restaurant and bar is fine for breakfast and snacks, but doesn’t measure up to the quality of what is available on the ‘garden’ or the surrounding area.
Elderly Americans seem to like it though, and for them it is probably perfectly pitched."
"My complaint was that I booked a King bed room. When we checked in they put us in a queen room. I returned to the reception desk to say that we wanted a king room and the agent insisted that we had a king room. finally, I said if you want to go look, it is not a king bed. I had to argue with them and eventually they put us in a king room. that was an unpleasant experience, after flying for over 14 hours. I’m not sure if it was Expedia or the property but either way that left a bad taste in my mouth."
"The staff is fantastic. They communicated with us before our arrival, asked what we needed and wanted, organized for us the airport shuttle and then trfansportation to the see port. The breakfast and dinner were good. The tables are with the Acropolis view. The location is perfect. The only problem - the hotel is under construction, it's a bit noisy, that's why we rated it 4 stars."
"The family rooms was clean & spacious. Staff were very helpful & friendly and had free shuttle bus to Syntagma Sq which is good feature. Breakfast offered good selection."
